The future belongs to organisations with leaders who can think clearly, adapt quickly and perform sustainably.
For years, we've celebrated working harder. The 10pm emails. Lunch eaten at desks. Back-to-back meetings with no room to think. That's not leadership. That's survival.
It shows up on your desk. The manager who avoids a difficult conversation until it becomes a complaint. The high performer who resigns before anyone notices they're burning out. Engagement scores that won't move. These aren't isolated failures. They're what happens when leaders are depleted.
So organisations respond with a resilience workshop, a step challenge, a new burst of wellness enthusiasm that fades in weeks. Leaders are back in survival mode. Not because they lack commitment. Because these fixes treat symptoms, not the system.
The missing piece isn't another wellbeing initiative. It's leadership capacity. How a leader sleeps, eats, moves and manages stress shapes how they think, communicate, decide and handle pressure. Treat health and performance as separate, and you'll keep buying programs that don't reduce the people problems reaching your desk.
As AI, economic pressure and constant change stretch leaders further, the capacity gap widens. It already costs Australian businesses $6.1 billion a year in lost productivity through presenteeism alone: people clocking in, doing the job, but at a fraction of their capacity. Leadership health is one of the few remaining levers organisations haven't systematically pulled.
The organisations that get ahead won't run another wellbeing event. They'll treat leadership health as core business infrastructure.

Performance Starts with People
"Most leadership consultants understand business. Most healthcare professionals understand health. We've lived both."
Renee & ClaireRenee and Claire founded Corporate Health Co. in Melbourne to address the chronic health problems that have become synonymous with leadership. With over 40 years of combined experience, we understand what the modern world demands of leaders. We also understand what it's like to be burnt out and to keep pushing through.
As a dietitian with over 20 years experience and 14 of those working as a senior operational dietitian in a busy Melbourne hospital, Renee led an acute team of 15 dietitians through one of the most demanding periods in modern healthcare throughout the COVID-19 pandemic before building her own successful private practice business.
Claire spent over a decade as a Speech Pathologist working alongside Renee in acute hospital care. This is where we watched capable, high-performing people rise into leadership without ever being given the tools to sustain it. That insight became personal for Claire when she moved into corporate leadership herself, spending four years as Business Operations Manager for a growing family business, leading a team of 25 through a global pandemic and helping drive 5x revenue growth. She has since built a thriving psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy private practice, giving her a rare blend of clinical depth and corporate leadership experience.
We've experienced firsthand what happens when high performance comes at the expense of health, and how differently people lead when health becomes the foundation of performance. We both live by the principles of our Healthy Humans Framework™ and we now teach this to leaders so they still have the capacity to make good decisions at 4 p.m., and go home with enough energy left for their families.
The Healthy Humans Framework™
When leaders strengthen the fundamentals of human health (sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress), they gain greater clarity, resilience, energy, and organisational impact. Our proprietary framework addresses the whole system, not isolated habits.
"We cannot sustainably address behaviour without first addressing the nervous system that generates it. Safety is the prerequisite for change, not the reward for it."
The Signature Methodology
Assessment and orientation. We make the invisible visible, identifying where the system is under greatest load and where change has the most leverage.
Before behaviour change is possible, the nervous system must be regulated. Safety is the prerequisite, not the reward. We build the conditions for change first.
Evidence-based education delivered when the system is ready to receive it. Not information overload, but orientation. The right knowledge, at the right time.
Sustained implementation. Where most wellbeing programs try to start, we arrive last. The system is now ready. Change sticks because the conditions are right.
Strategic Health Programs
Three program tiers, each designed around the complexity of your organisation and the depth of change you are committed to creating.
All programs are designed collaboratively and tailored to your organisation's context, industry, and leadership cohort size.
Evidence & Insights
The leadership behaviours most associated with poor culture (reactivity, poor listening, impulsive decisions) are not character flaws. They are physiological outputs of a nervous system under chronic load.
Ready to Begin
The first step is a discovery conversation: no obligation, no generic proposal. We learn about your organisation, your leadership cohort, and what change you are genuinely committed to creating.
